ゲームを起動または利用した時点で、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとします。内容、配信、ランキング、保存機能は、運営上の必要に応じて変更、中断または終了することがあります。重要な変更は事前に告知するよう努めます。
2. 利用条件とアカウント
利用者は、適用法令に従い、正確で他人を傷つけない表示名を使うものとします。ゲスト利用は端末内保存であり、端末変更や削除による復旧を保証しません。アカウント機能を提供する場合、利用者はパスワードまたは認証情報を秘密に保ち、他人に譲渡・共有しないものとします。未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。
3. ランキングと地域応援
週間ランキングと地域応援は、ゲーム内のルールに従う任意の競技機能です。運営者は、明らかな不正、改ざん、迷惑行為、技術的エラーを確認した場合、成績の無効化、表示名の変更、地域応援からの除外またはアカウント停止を行えます。現金、商品、換金可能な報酬を約束しません。
4. 禁止事項
- 自動化、改ざん、脆弱性の悪用、スコアや通信の不正な変更。
- 他人のアカウント、個人情報、知的財産を侵害する行為。
- サービスの運用を妨げる過度なアクセス、広告・決済を不正に操作する行為。
- 違法、差別的、脅迫的、わいせつ、または他人に害を与える表示名・投稿・行為。
5. 知的財産・広告・購入
ゲームの名称、画面、音、文章、キャラクター、コードその他の素材は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。法令上認められる範囲を除き、無断で複製、配布、販売、公開しないでください。本アプリは広告を表示し、480円の広告削除購入（買い切り）を提供します。価格、返金、広告表示は、各ストアの条件とゲーム内表示に従います。局内有利になる道具の販売はしません。
6. 免責・停止・連絡
運営者は、法令で許される範囲で、サービスが常に中断なく安全に動作すること、特定の結果や保存が得られることを保証しません。運営者は保守、安全、法令対応または規約違反への対応のためサービスを停止・変更できます。利用者に故意または重過失がない限り、通常かつ直接の損害を超える責任を負いません。

- 使用违法、歧视、威胁、色情或伤害他人的显示名、内容或行为。
5. 知识产权、广告与购买
游戏名称、界面、声音、文字、角色、代码和其他素材归运营方或相应权利人所有。除法律允许外，不得擅自复制、分发、销售或公开。本应用会展示广告，并提供 480 日元的去广告内购（一次性买断）。价格、退款和广告展示以各商店条款及游戏内提示为准。不会出售局内优势道具。
6. 免责、暂停与联系
在法律允许范围内，运营方不保证服务持续、不间断、安全运行，也不保证取得特定结果或保存。为维护、安全、法律义务或处理违规，可暂停或更改服务。除故意或重大过失外，责任仅限于通常且直接的损失。

By starting or using the game, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Content, availability, rankings, and save features may change, pause, or end as operations require. We aim to announce material changes in advance.
2. Use and accounts
You must follow applicable law and use an accurate, non-harmful display name. Guest play is stored on the current device and recovery after a device change or data deletion is not guaranteed. When accounts are offered, keep your password or authentication credentials confidential and do not transfer or share the account. Minors should use the service with a parent or guardian's consent.
3. Rankings and regional support
Weekly rankings and regional support are optional competitive features governed by in-game rules. We may void a score, change a display name, remove a player from regional support, or suspend an account for clear cheating, tampering, harassment, or technical error. We do not promise cash, goods, or convertible rewards.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Automation, tampering, exploiting vulnerabilities, or improperly changing scores or traffic.
- Infringing another person's account, personal data, or intellectual property.
- Overloading the service or manipulating ads, payments, or rewards.
- Using unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or harmful names, content, or conduct.
5. Intellectual property, ads, and purchases
The game name, screens, sounds, text, characters, code, and other materials belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. Do not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly publish them except where law permits. The app shows advertising and offers a ¥480 one-time remove-ads purchase. Price, refund, and ad-display terms follow each store's conditions and the in-game notices. We do not sell in-run advantages.
6. Disclaimer, suspension, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure operation, a particular result, or preservation of data. We may suspend or change the service for maintenance, safety, legal duties, or a terms violation. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability is limited to ordinary, direct damage.
